Centrebound to provide mystery shopping services for Alexandra Palace

Centrebound is delighted to be selected to provide mystery shopping audits for the iconic Alexandra Palace entertainment and recreation venue. The aim of the mystery shopping audit, is to provide insight to enable Alexandra Palace to ensure they are providing an excellent customer experience for all their visitors.

Alexandra Palace has long been proud of its legacy as a cultural landmark in London, hosting conferences, events, award ceremonies, exhibitions and live events, music, sport, and theatre. It’s a home for entertainment and education for people from all walks of life and has played a crucial role in the development of leisure and recreation for over 150 years.

The Centrebound team are honoured to be selected to partner with the iconic Alexandra Palace leisure and recreation venue. Giles Geddes, Managing Director, Centrebound stated “Having worked with Alexandra Palace pre-pandemic, we are delighted to be working with them again. We’ll be conducting mystery shopping audits to provide insight into their customer experience. This insight will be used by Alexandra Palace to fine tune their already excellent events and recognise staff that deliver fantastic customer service.”

The mystery shopping audits will cover everything from the ticket booking process, visitor services, hospitality services, venue appearance and staff knowledge. Including areas such as the ice rink, theatre, concerts, and the festival.
