Quality Assurance Executive
Remote/Work from Home
10 Hours per Week, Monday-Wednesday
£12 per hour
Centrebound help companies improve their customer service and compliance with our contact centre quality assurance and mystery shopping services.
As a Quality Assurance Executive, your primary role will be listening to recorded customer calls and grading the performance of the telephone agent against an agreed set of standards. This will involve using call recording software, QA software and Microsoft Excel.
You will need to have;
• English as a first language with excellent written and verbal skills
• Superior attention to detail
• Competent Excel and Microsoft skills
• Strong work ethic
• Great time keeping and integrity
Other duties will include checking the quality of mystery shopping audits and providing administrative support when required.
As a quality centred organisation, Centrebound will provide first class, role orientated training and ongoing support.
The role can be carried out during flexible shifts per week anytime between Monday and Wednesday. The role will be primarily be home based. However, initial interviews and training will take place in Alderley Edge, Cheshire where you may also be required to work from time to time.
