Quality Assurance Executive.
Part Time 8 Hours per Week. Flexible Tues – Thu. £12 per hour.
Initial 6 month contract.
Centrebound provide mystery shopping and quality assurance services to a variety of industries including retail, utilities and hospitality. Utilising the latest cloud based technologies; we offer our clients actionable customer insight and bespoke quality assurance services.
As a Quality Assurance Executive, your primary role will be listening to recorded customer calls and grading the performance of the telephone agent against an agreed set of standards. This will involve using software including cloud based portals and Microsoft Excel.
Other duties will include quality checking returned customer surveys and providing multi-channel support to Centrebound’s database of approved Mystery Shoppers.
Ideally educated to A level standard you will also need to have;
- English as a first language with excellent written and verbal skills
- Superior attention to detail
- Competent Excel and Microsoft skills
- Strong work ethic
- Great time keeping and integrity
As a quality centred organisation, Centrebound will provide first class, role orientated training and ongoing support.
You will be required to attend an initial interview followed by a mock call grading test as part of the recruitment process. Initial interviews and training will take place in Alderley Edge.
The role can be carried out during flexible shifts per week anytime between Tuesday and Thursday 9am to 6pm. Initially it will be a home based role moving to an office location in Alderley Edge in the future. Successful applicants will be required to pass a DBS check.
