In particular, Philip’s background in Operational Research and his expertise in applying mathematical and analytical techniques to solve complex problems will be a significant asset. His postgraduate research on energy demand forecasting and his recent success in leading analysis projects, such as delivering a $10m annual benefit for a US-based Edtech business, demonstrate his ability to drive impactful results.

Philip’s experience in improving outsourced operations and devising optimum resource planning solutions will be crucial as Centrebound continues to enhance its outsourcing relationships in BPO quality assurance and mystery shopping services. His expertise in formulating reporting systems and risk & reward schemes will ensure Centrebound maximises value for its growing roster of clients.
